IT Service Desk Support 1, PC Components and Operating Systems
This course teaches the essentials of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, managing Windows 10, and other applications.
IT Service Desk Support 2, File Systems, Networking and Security Best Practices
This course provides fundamental knowledge in both connecting computers together in a network and securing computer devices, and deep dives into the best practices for PC security.
Networking Technologies 1, Networking Models and Services
This course is an introduction to the OSI and TCP/IP models and explains the importance of properly managed TCP/IP network services.
Networking Technologies 2, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Security
This course instructs on the applications and tools used to monitor and secure networks along with the techniques to quickly troubleshoot and repair network-related problems.
Networking Technologies 3, Wireless Technologies, Remote Access, and Site Best Practices
In this course, curriculum includes an in-depth look at configuring and securing wireless technologies and secure remote connections.

This course is focused on structured studying, reviewing concepts learned in previous weeks, and preparing for the CompTIA Network+ certification exam.

Comprehensive IT Project and Presentation

Tek Ladder’s IT Support Boot Camp program is eligible for private student loan funding options, government programs, and many other options. Some even cover the cost of living during the program.
These options can cover your entire tuition, including your program laptop, all books, certification exam costs and all placement assistance. You can also defer your loan payments for up to one year to give you time to complete the program and find your new job before payments begin. In addition, there is also the option to borrow additional funds, if necessary, to cover living expenses while you attend training.
