We've been teaching IT skills for over 3 decades.
Tek Ladder is a division of Centriq Training, the largest IT training company in the Midwest.
Centriq’s Corporate Division partners with companies to keep their teams up-to-date on technology and business skills, and has been a leader in IT training since 1989.
Centriq’s Career Division offers “in-person” IT training for individuals looking to start a career in technology. It is the longest, continuously operated technology boot camp in the country. It has trained over 3,000 individuals— with no previous IT experience— for entry-level technology jobs since 2005.

It's our mission to develop the technology workforce.
There’s a shortage of tech talent across the nation. Our mission is to help develop the IT workforce to fill that void. We do it by training every Tek Ladder student for a lifelong IT career— even if they have no technology experience. And then we help students find the right job to start their career.
OUR LOCATIONS
We are 100% virtual but have helped students find success in these locations.
We are a 100% online IT training program, so you can undergo our program from anywhere with a WiFi connection. But with an employer network of 1,500, we can help students find jobs all over the country. Here are the some of the cities we have helped students find jobs.
